The location is super convenient: 5-minute walk to Eaton Centre 3-minute walk to College subway station 3-minute walk to Farm Boy, Dollarama, and Planet Fitness About 10-minute walk to U of T Easy access to restaurants, shopping, transit, and everything downtown has to offer The unit has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. We keep things pretty flexible and respectful, with everyone having their own space. We take turns doing a quick cleaning of the living room and kitchen on weekends to keep the common areas nice and clean. The den is furnished with a bed, desk, and clothing storage, and is a good size for a den with plenty of space for the essentials. Great option for a student, intern, or someone working downtown who wants a convenient place without a long commute!

We’re a friendly group of U of T students and graduates who originally met as dormmates at U of T. One of the roommates are moving for work, which is why the room is becoming available.

I’m starting my Master’s at U of T and plan to stay here for at least another 2 years. We’re pretty easygoing and like to keep the apartment comfortable and relaxed. Having friends over is totally fine, and we’re not strict about having people over or hanging out late, especially after exams!

We’re respectful of each other’s space and keep the common areas clean by taking turns with weekend cleaning.
