You will have access to your private bedroom, the shared kitchen and bathroom, the rear terrace, and the basement, which offers additional storage space and a dryer. Please note that there is no washing machine in the apartment. The bedroom closet is on the smaller side, so a dresser or other furniture with drawers would be useful.

For added privacy, the front portion of the apartment is reserved for the owner. The apartment has a separate rear entrance, making it easy to come and go through the back door.

There are two parking spaces behind the building. One is used by the owner, while the second is available for the roommate.
