Beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at 41 Argyle Ave, just steps from Ossington Ave. The apartment has in-unit washer and dryer and is in an amazing location close to restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and public transit. The total rent is $3,000/month + utilities, so your share would be $1,500 + utilities. Available September 15th. I don’t have pictures of the room yet because is a storage now that we rent as an office but now we just have stuff there , if I found a roommate everything is coming out and we move in , if you want to see the apartment just message me please I need a roommate I’m moving out of my house from my ex boyfriend in a really bad situation.. I need a play and if I can’t find a roommate I can’t take that place
