The room: ⭐️small, cozy bedroom w/ double bed ⭐️closet w/ hanging space + a storage unit I’m adding (functions like a dresser) ⭐️under-bed drawers for extra storage ⭐️narrow table for plants/candles — make it yours! (Could work as a tv stand too) ⭐️PRIVATE bathroom right beside your room with a tub 🛀 and shower (main floor) ⭐️fully furnished — just bring your suitcase!

• full kitchen, stocked w/ cookware + appliances
• living/eating area (main floor)
• in-suite washer & dryer Good to know: 💭 I’m 28 year old Masters student at UBC 💭 part of my program includes practicums where I’ll be leaving town for a few weeks — you’ll have the place to yourself during those stretches!! 💭 free street parking out front the main house (we’re a carriage house) 💭 my dog visits sometimes (friendly, loves everyone) — no other pets 😞 no smoking 🚭

Hey team! I’m relocating to Vancouver this fall to start a grad program in Occupational Therapy at UBC. I previously owned and ran a digital marketing business, so I’m used to managing my own space and staying on top of things. Life’s been busy lately, so I really value my downtime, but I’m pretty outgoing and social too, and love a good morning coffee before diving into the day. I’m excited to explore everything Kits has to offer, from the beach to new cafes and neighbourhoods.
