Private furnished bedroom including heat/AC (heat pump in bedroom), electricity, grass cutting/snow removal, Wi-fi. Your room will include a bed with bedding and pillows (can be moved if you’d prefer to bring your own), night stand and a dresser. Shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room.

Private driveway on a private property (1.14 acres) in the country in central PEI (Bonshaw/DeSable). Very quiet and safe area. 7 minute drive to Brookvale Ski Park. Lots of walking trails nearby for hiking or mountain biking. No smoking indoors (outdoors only). No pets - there is already 3 cats and 3 dogs that live here. 4 minute drive to the nearest convenience store, The Blue Goose (also a restaurant, dairy bar and liquor store). 12 min drive to the nearest gas station (Gass’ General Store). 25 min drive to Charlottetown and 35 min drive to Summerside.

I live alone in a 1,998sq house with my 3 cats and 3 dogs, looking for a roommate! Preferably a female but open to discussing a male.
