Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to take over my roommate’s lease which is available immediately and will be month to month after September 30th. My ideal roommate is looking to stay until at least next July (2027).

The building is between Wellesley and College subway stations making transit extremely convenient.

The apartment has a full kitchen, bathroom, AC, 14th floor balcony with a beautiful view, large windows, and plenty of extra closet space. The common areas are currently mostly furnished aside from a couch

The building provides pay per use in building laundry, a beautiful large outdoor common area, and a mini sculpture garden.

Rent would be $1493.21 a month not including Wifi, Hydro, and in-building Laundry (Water IS included in rent)

My name is Bryn! I’m starting the final year of my undergrad at TMU in September. My current roommate had to move home so I am looking for someone to take over his lease. I’m a fairly quiet roommate but I enjoy sitting in the common areas to relax. I have two cats who are very sweet and friendly. I would not expect a roommate to take care of them fully but they love attention so I would want you would be friendly with them. I like things kept fairly clean but dishes left in the sink overnight is not a dealbreaker. I like to read, cook, and crochet in my free time. I would love a roommate who I could be friends with.
