Very nice well-established neighborhood near Mooney’s Bay. Less than 4km from Carleton University and just over a 5 minute walk to transit way. The bedroom is in a bright basement private room with an oversized window and a full bathroom less than 10 steps away. The room is off a shared finished rec room. The room includes a queen bed, side tables and light.

The house is a five bedroom four bathroom house with laundry on the main floor. You would have access to the laundry and kitchen to do your own cooking.

I have two children, my daughter is 24 and lives in Montreal for school and my son is 26 and lives at home doing his electrician apprentice. My son and I both work Monday to Friday.

We also have a little geriatric dog named Micky who only barks at delivery people. He’s a non-allergenic breed.
