It’s a lovely Victorian house in little Italy, on the crossroads of college and grace st. Right by Trinity Belwoods, Ossington and Christie Pits Subway station. It’s available after Sept 9, but if need to be earlier or later, that also works too. It’s month to month lease and rent controlled house.

I’ve been living here for the last 2 years and everything has been amazing however have to move out of country so looking someone to take over my room. The room can come with furniture if you want otherwise it can be unfinished as well. The common areas already have furnitures.

This is a 3 storey, 3bed 2 bath house and this room is on the main floor and upper floor has the third room with its own bathroom. Shared by 2 other guys in their mid 20s, who are amazing, chill and friendly people.

All Utilities included minus the wifi which that’s shared by 3 total. Laundry is in the building ( in the basement and free, not a coin laundry).

2 guys who’s already living here, Caleb and Tommy, they both respectful, friendly people. Caleb (22) is in his 4th year at the UofT and Tommy (25) is a working as a dept manager. This place has been a great home for all of us, open for any genders, orientations, and people who’s respectful to each other.
