It’s an open-concept basement suite of a large house that includes a large kitchen, a cozy living room, and a full bathroom with a laundry-dryer. There are two private bedrooms. The available bedroom comes with a bed, a dresser, a desk + chair, and also has a built-in closet. The furniture comes with the room, but could be possibly moved if needed. The house is in a quite residential area with a park and small restaurants nearby. The closest transit are the bus lines 106 (Edmonds and New West station) and 123 (New West station and Brentwood)

I’m a SFU undergrad student close to finishing my degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. In my free time I enjoy ballroom dancing, hiking, crafting, and spending time with friends.
