Looking for the right person to share a large, comfortable home in Nelson Heights, just a few blocks from the lake.

$1100/month – Private upstairs bedroom. Parking for 1 vehicle only-on the street.

You’ll share the home with two other adults. The kitchen, bathroom, backyard and parking are shared.

We’re clean, respectful, kind and easygoing, and we’re looking for someone who values the same kind of living environment. We each have our own lives and routines, so there’s plenty of room to have your own space while still enjoying a friendly and welcoming household.

There are also two very sweet, affectionate dogs who are very much part of the home. Being genuinely comfortable with and kind to dogs is a must. No exceptions.

I’m still getting settled myself, so there’s room to bring your own furniture and make the bedroom your own. I may also be able to provide a bed right away if needed.

This would be a great fit for someone looking for a clean, peaceful and comfortable place to call home, rather than simply a room to rent.
