About the room

The room gets lots of natural sunlight and has a decent closet. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout and is pretty spacious, with a laundry room right in the apartment. The living room/ den are partly furnished, while the bedrooms are unfurnished, so you can set them up however you like. The building is also really secure, with security at the front and fob access to get into the building. There are also some great amenities, including an indoor pool, gym, and a party room!

About the roomies

We are a couple students M21 and F22. We keep our spaces clean as we do have two cats between us (they are sweethearts and very friendly). Apart from that we are pretty extroverted and love to play games and spend time with our roommates, however, if you are someone who likes a more quiet environment we are okay with that too!
