The building has a gym and a FreshCo supermarket conveniently located downstairs. It is also close to public transportation, shops, restaurants, SAIT, and close downtown Calgary.

I am looking for a responsible, clean, quiet, and respectful female tenant. The building is completely smoke-free. No smoking, vaping, drugs, or additional pets. Two cats stay in the apartment 2 weeks at minth, so the tenant must be comfortable around cats.

My daughter stays with me part-time, ( 2 weeks at month) along with her two lively cats, so being comfortable around cats is important.
