About the room

1 room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is available for rent for September 1st. Lease duration can be discussed. Price is $850 per month and security deposit of the same amount is required. That price per month covers rent and all utilities, as everything is included. The place is furnished in shared areas, but the bedroom is not furnished (if you have concerns, I might have a couple things I can arrange/sell to fill up the space as well!)

The place is located in Sutherland with a close bike ride or easy bus access to the university of Saskatchewan (4 short bus lines going to university within convenient walking distance!). Condo is located within walking distance of Central Ave and all the amenities there.

Looking for ideally someone 20 or older who values home as a place to be comfortable, clean, and quiet.

About the roomies

The condo will be shared with one other tenant, William, who’s another Usask student. He’s very easy and sweet to get along with! I’m posting this ad on behalf of him, as I ended up unexpectedly having to back out of moving/staying in Saskatoon. We’re hoping to find someone to enjoy the great space instead.
