Large, bright, UNFURNISHED master bedroom room (comes with a desk only) located in near SFU Burnaby. Perfect for STUDENTS and workers. We are close to Production-Way University Skytrain station and Lougheed Station. Two different buses 5 mins walk from the house will take you to both stations and to grocery shops, restaurants, banks and other amenities nearby. Convienent location near Wal-Mart, Costco, Lougheed Mall and medical offices. Comes with a FREE PARKING SPOT, and laundry. Wifi and utilities (gas & heat) are not included and are usually under $80 but are higher in the winter due to heat.

We are a group of easy going friendly, quiet, respectful individuals (2 females, 1 male). The 2 females are ages 31 and 33, the male is 20. We enjoy spending time together watching movies, chatting, cooking/baking and enjoying the outdoors. We also respect each other’s need for privacy and alone time.
