I have a 2700 sqft, 4 level home. I live alone with two dogs & two cats. I am needing to spend a lot of time away to care for my elderly parents, so I am looking for a 1-2 people (max 3 people) who need medium-long term accommodation (6-24 months), are willing to share with each other as well as share with me for varying periods of time, and importantly are willing to petsit and care for the property during the periods that I am away. The house has two fridges, two toasters, two microwaves, cupboard space for the tenants kitchen things, and two living rooms. The house has central vac and a housecleaner comes weekly to clean common areas. Rent would be $1000/person if two people and $850/person if three people. I would definitely consider a tenant that has talent/experience in construction or renovation/repairs or landscaping to help with jobs, for pay.
A unique situation, but perhaps of interest to someone who also has unique needs in their search.
