Bungalow home 1 bedroom upstairs or 1 bedroom downstairs both rooms are furnished with bed night stand dresser, tv , sitting chair and both rooms have good space in the closet. Bathroom has safety bars shower with good water pressure and nice tub. House is newer and in quiet neighborhood. Made well is pretty sound proof. Parks and walking trails close by, close to Walmart. Possibility of setting up own kitchen area downstairs if willing to share your bathroom with another room mate. Lots of cabinet space in bar area. On occasion can use the theater to watch a movie or hockey games, otherwise prefer use bedroom tv. Would have to be street parking as husband, wife and daughter each have a vehicle. Has a nice sunroom to get that extra month on both ends that we normally wouldn’t.

Husband and wife of 13 yrs - together 18 years. Husband works finance from home wife takes care of disabled and elderly looking to scale down we both enjoy spending time being social, time alone during the evenings to do our own thing. Daughter lives with us going to Med school 1 of 4 years in, is gone most of the time and is quiet when home, she likes her privacy visits her friends quite often. 2 dachshunds 9 years old and 6 yrs old. Can be a bit yippy when someone comes in the door but gets used to being around someone. We cannot take in anyone with pets as they would not do well. We do not smoke , no drugs, rarely a drink no STD’s just an older couple with 4 bedroom 3 bath house, looking for the same. We like to watch tv in the evenings but otherwise go to bed around 9 pm or watch tv in our room. We can take in an elderly couple as long as there is only 1 vehicle. Both empty rooms have a queen bed in them. We could see how the utilities go. Would prefer someone that did not need to use the internet lots and prefers keeping to themselves, no gamers. And loves being clean with daily showers and deodorant and keeping house clean. We have lived with a long term room mate of 4 years. We travel at times but we also enjoy being home just being couch potatoes. Absolutely no parties or sleepovers just who is on the lease.
