My place is a two minute walk from a bus stop. Or there is street parking. The neighbourhood is very quiet safe and peaceful. I’ve lived here for the past 29 years. It’s very close to all amenities about 15 minute walk or five minute drive to grocery stores banks doctors dentists you name it.

I am a very easy-going, caring person with great communication skills. I am a semi- retired, partner dance instructor. I spend most of my time, studying quantum Stellar Blockchain and how it is going to improve the lives of humanity and the world around us. I very much would like to get to know anyone I have as a roommate, but totally respect privacy and alone time and enjoy reciprocation of that. Mutual respect and flexibility on some of the house rules and scheduleswould be something to work out together.
