The Property: This is an exceptionally clean, spotless, and highly organized home where every single corner is meticulously maintained. We are renting out two spacious, fully furnished upstairs bedrooms one by one. Both bedrooms are premium master-style rooms, each featuring its own private, attached bathroom (ensuite) and a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage. Just bring your suitcase! The shared spaces are the main floor kitchen/dining area and the basement laundry room, both of which are always kept sparkling clean. My husband and I live in the basement and are typically only home 1–2 days a week. For the majority of the week, the upstairs floor is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and highly private. If you are a tidy professional who works outside during the day and values a pristine, dust-free environment, this is the perfect space. The Area: Located in a safe, quiet, and beautiful residential neighborhood. It is excellent for commuters with quick access to transit and major routes. Grocery stores, cafes, and gyms are just a short distance away, making your daily routines easy and convenient.
