The suite has two large bedrooms, and a balcony that faces the northshore mountains on the quite side of the building. Its directly along the R5 bus route, and is a 15-20 minute commute to SFU. It is a 5 minute walk to all ammenties (Groceries, coffee shops, pharmacy etc) and a 10 minute walk to Community centres and libraries. Its in the best spot in North Burnaby.

You’d be renting with just me! My name is Hannah I’m a 24 year old transfer student studying at SFU. I am quite clean and respectful but I do enjoy a good movie night here and there. I both work and am in school full time so you wouldn’t have to worry about me being around incredibly often if you enjoy a quite space.
