You will have a bedroom all to yourself and full use and access to kitchen and living room. Youre free to decorate and furnish the place as you like. I can provide a direct ethernet connection to your bedroom if you help woth internet costs each month. Located across the street from the miyo-wakatowin school with a bus stop right outside the house. Utilities are shares between us.

We are located in the basement suite, the landlord and his family live above so there is never any issues with getting utilities addressed. Im an easy going person to live with, I work full time so im not around until late at night and I tend to be gone during my days off. I live stream and play video games for my hobby, so if that’s your thing too, we will get along great.
