This is the primary bedroom in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment suite. It features a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with lots of storage space. Water is included in the rental price. Utilities and Wifi are extra; split three ways, we usually pay 60-80 each a month.

The apartment building is across from the college. It is close to bus stops and grocery, as well as a pharmacy and clinic. The building has (card operated) laundry on site, and a parking space on request for an additional monthly fee.

The folks that live here are fun, kind, and friendly; a young recent grad and a current college student. We have lived here for a few years now, and have made the space a home. The two roommates you will be living with have their own rooms and schedules, and you will only need to use their bathroom for the shower. The kitchen and common space are shared.

We are looking for someone who wants to be here. We are hoping to find someone who can turn into another friend down the road. You will be taking over my portion of the lease, therefore you must have a guarantor and some financial security (OSAP is fine, ODSP is fine- as long as you can pay your rent each month, it’s fine).

MUST be cat friendly. Two black cats live here; they are brothers and bonded.
