The bedroom is private and fully furnished, with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Outdoor parking is available. Rent is 600 CAD per month, plus half of electricity and internet costs (Total about $750 per month). Month-to-month rental. If all goes well in the first 2 months, the rental can continue. Looking for someone quiet, clean, tidy, respectful, and a non-smoker. Please only serious people message and write your characteristics and conditions.
