Parkway Park is a pet-friendly walk-up apartment complex with plenty of green space and a dog park. It’s only a 15-minute walk to Algonquin College, with close access to the 88 Hurdman city bus directly to campus and the Transitway for easy transfers. The apartment is 928 sqft with an entryway, living room area, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The kitchen comes fully stocked with large and small appliances. including a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer combo in the apartment with additional laundry in the basement. The living room is furnished with a sofa and chair, and bar seating is available at the kitchen peninsula for meals. The bedroom is 11’x11’5, and features a medium-sized closet. A brand new dresser is available for use from the previous tenant. There is no deposit, but there may be a fee associated with signing on to the lease. There is a waitlist for parking.
