(Note: Cleaning up immediately after food preparation is a strict house rule). 👉 BATHROOM (Shared with one person): Strict weekly cleaning rotation required. 👉 HALWAY CLOSET: 1/4 hanging space for jackets/coats.

ABOUT THE LEASEHOLDER: 👉 I’m a full-time professional artist with 30 years of self-employed experience. I manage the household and navigate life with ADHD, auditory processing disorder, and other invisible disabilities. The main room doubles as my active creative studio, which occasionally transforms for large-scale projects. I am fully vaccinated and looking for someone who thrives in a quiet, highly respectful, artistic sanctuary.
