The bus stop is 3 minutes away. 15-17 minutes to the two subways (Vic Park and York Mills) The shopping mall is just opposite the bus stop and in that shopping mall there are doctors offices, pharmacies, grocery stores, banks, libraries and plenty of fast food restaurants inside the mall as well as outside the mall. The neighborhood is occupied by mostly retirees and young families. Safe, quiet, and family friendly - ideal for students and working professionals who value comfort and security. Requirements:

Cleaning Fee: $60 applies for tenants shorter than three months. Kitchen is shared among all three rooms and may be used for preparing light meals. Heavy cooking with odour is not permitted. Refrigerator, Air fryer, stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, toaster and kettle included in the kitchen. Please clean up after yourself and keep all shared spaces tidy. Laundry is shared with landlord + tenants. Utility and wifi included.
