I’m the only one living here, I’m 23 years old and work in IT at HyLife. I’m Christian and am looking for another Christian guy to room with. I have experience in having a roommate so it is not a new experience for me. I plan to halve the utilities (around $50/month for hydro and $15 every 3 months for water), and you will have to pay for your parking spot monthly which I believe is $40. So about $665/month is what you’ll be paying. You don’t have to agree to stay here for any amount of time.
