The house has a spacious shared living room, a separate den, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet and counter space, shared bathroom, and in-house washer and dryer. There will only be two people living in the house, so you’ll be sharing all of the common spaces with just one other person. One of the best features of the location is the transit access. Mount Dennis Station is within walking distance and has UP Express service directly to downtown Toronto - Union Station is only about 13 minutes away by train, with UP Express service approximately every 15 minutes. The station also provides GO and TTC connections.

The area itself is quiet and residential, with nearby parks, trails, shops and everyday amenities. It’s a good option for someone who wants the space and comfort of a house while still having very fast access to downtown Toronto.

I’m 23, work full-time, and I’ll be the only other person living in the house.
