One bedroom in a 2 bedroom unit with a shared bathroom. The room currently has a double bed. There is a desk and chair you can possibly purchase from the current roommate. There is a large closet in the bedroom as well as your own front closet. You’ll have full access to the shared areas – a fully stocked kitchen, living room and Smart TV, dining room with a large table and chairs and in unit laundry. All utilities are included in the rent. You will need your own tenant insurance.

Due to allergies, there are no pets allowed. Smoking/vaping of any kind is also not permitted. Someone in their late 20s-early 30s who is looking for a long term place is preferred.

I’m 30 years old and own a small business. I’m a pretty low key person – I enjoy crafting, puzzles, sports and a variety of TV shows. I’d ideally like to live with someone who I can at least be friendly with but I can be introverted so I am understanding of having our own personal space and time as well. I value cleanliness and taking responsibility of your own messes, as well as being respectful and taking care of the space.

You are steps away from the 501 streetcar line. Close to the 504 streetcar and 29 bus route. FreshCo, Metro and Dollarama are a 7 minute walk. 1117 Meats & Pantry and Rexall are 3 minute walk. There are several convenience stores right outside the building.
