There is 1 parking spot available in the backyard.

*** If you are a heavy gamer that plays more than 20 hours a week, we’d probably not be a good fit. Had too many issues like loud cursing noise that the whole house can hear, constantly burning cooking ware, and leaving a mess in shared areas like kitchen etc. There isn’t any house rule that’s more than what you’d find elsewhere. I just had very bad experience with 2 consecutive heavy gamers and don’t want to run into that situation again.***

I work full time at home, male, 30s. There are 2 other roommates, both male working full time, 1 at home, close to Polo Park.
