It has a walk in closet. Loads of storage space. Hallway closet for extra storage, as well as a washer and dryer which we all would share. Any of the perks that I receive as a home owner in this community (access to the beach, fishing, community activities, walking/biking trails, etc.) would be yours to enjoy as well, and are a short walk away.
