The room has a beautiful ambiance of grey lighting in the day time as the sun rises behind us and sets on the left side of the balcony. The window when open brings a great breeze as the wind blows when it is the colder hours of the summer day. Although rectangular and slightly spacious, it would feel more cramped if you have a bed bigger than a double. It will fit a dresser, tv stand and bed. There is already a tall black dresser, a brown TV stand in there. If you choose to keep them, that would be up to you. It is a four drawer dresser. The closet seems spacious as well. The door does get stuck sometimes due to the previous tenant slamming it. It is also the bigger room.

I am a 25 year old female with two cats. I keep to myself and we enjoy a quiet area. I enjoy playing video games, reading and collecting books, writing, going for long walks, working out, as well as makeup, cooking homemade and personal space. I am a bit shy and take time to open up. I prefer kind people and paying it forward as well as random acts of kindness. I regularly watch the news and may act a bit like an older adult fed up with the times when I do. The building itself is very quiet and has gym amenities. The people here are polite and courteous, as well as a bit stranger antisocial. There is community events here as well, which can be accessed on the residential portal. There is a walmart about a half an hour walk away, and a thrift store by the walmart. Many restaurants as well. There is also a gym with a swimming pool nearby. Not the gym in the main building at the apartment here. But a more expensive one.

My cats are polite and kind, but do not trust strangers easily. I would prefer if you are a cat lover. Unfortunately there is a limit of two cats here. But I would enjoy seeing my kitties get some social time from someone we are able to trust. They can be very rambunctious at times as well, so if you are a cat lover who misses having cats around but cannot have one of your own. And know their tail signals and the latter of cat body language we will get along great.
