About the roomies

I’m a 28-year-old Female looking for a roommate to share my apartment in Barrhaven. The available room is a one-bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and rent is $1,100/month. You’ll also have access to all the shared spaces, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. A parking spot is included if you have a vehicle.

A little about me: I’m pretty relaxed and enjoy spending time at home reading, watching TV, and doing puzzles. I don’t drink or do drugs. I do have friends over occasionally, but they’re also very laid-back and respectful, so it’s never a loud or party-heavy environment.

I also have a cat named Lexi. She’s very friendly with people and loves attention, but she isn’t particularly friendly with other animals. Because of that, I’m probably not the best fit for someone who has another cat or pet.

The apartment is in Barrhaven, close to multiple bus stops, making it convenient if you rely on public transit.
