Your room: window and door providing access to a private balcony, opposite from living spaces, facing St-Denis street. Queen size bed, brand new bedsheet and bedding, desk, wardrobe.

You: non-smoker (at least inside, on the balconies and on the property in general), no pets, respectful, responsible, organized, clean.

Me: 31 years old professional, former chef, loves to cook and share meals, loves to host every now and then, 80% homebody, 20% cosmopolitan. Locked in Monday 8am to Friday 5pm. Weekends are a mix of letting loose and resetting. Hobbies include cooking, crafting, binging TV shows, dilly-dalling, sleeping (precious).

Tempura: 5 years old Dalmatian female dog, quiet-ish, velcro, playful, alert, lovey dovey and goofy

Sashimi: 2 years old Siamese female cat, shy-ish, talkative, cuddly, the hunter of the pack

Yuzu: 5 years old Sphinx female cat, sun bather, stickier than crazy glue, glutton, odd ball

Nigiri: 3 years old male oriental cat, lover boy, social butterfly, biscuit maker

Panko: 6 months old oriental cat, orange in look and personality, playful, quirky, casonova

A cleaning company comes monthly to maintain the place clean considering the number of pets live here
