Hello, I am currently seeking a responsible tenant to rent the private bedroom in my 1-bedroom apartment. (Read carefully, please.)

The private bedroom in the 1-bedroom apartment is fully furnished and ideal for one person. I will be staying in the living room, so the kitchen and bathroom will be shared. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

• Prime Location: 15-minute walk or a 6-minute bus ride to downtown Victoria. Three bus stops are available within a 2–3 minute walk, making it convenient for someone using public transit to travel in any direction.

About the Living Space: I maintain a clean and organized home and am looking for someone who values the same. Utilities (WiFi + hydro) are extra and will be billed accordingly.

Please note that I work from home Monday to Friday, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful of a quiet and comfortable working environment during the day.

A Bit About Me: I’m a full-time working professional and have a pretty routine lifestyle. Since I work from home from 8 AM to 4 PM, I’m usually around during the day, but I’m out most evenings at the gym. I value a clean, tidy and peaceful home and I’m not into partying. I usually wind down around 11 PM to midnight and appreciate a quiet environment at night.
