Quiet apartment building. Been here almost 7 years. I need help with the rent and I am in a two bedroom, so I thought maybe time to get a roommate. Work from home besides 4 days a month in office. Very quiet don’t go out much so I will be around literally 24-7. I am 52 year old woman.

Hoping for someone quiet and clean to share apartment. Looking for half the rent, but I will pay the 200 for electricity/cable/ internet. I have the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom is smaller. On ground floor so no balcony, it’s a patio. I smoke outside on patio.
