About the room

I live in a 3-bedroom 1.5 bath apartment. The room is unfurnished. You can come and have a look see if you like it. I am asking $800 that includes hydro, internet and water. Parking is just in front of the unit. If you smoke, you can do it outside. It’s just I am a bit allergic to cigarette smoke.
