You’d be sharing the apartment with me and my two cats, Harvey and Felix 🐱🐱. They’re friendly and very much part of the household, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats.

I work in the events industry, and my work schedule is hybrid. I travel for work from time to time, but when I’m in town, I mostly work from home, with occasional days in the office. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with that, while also appreciating that I value privacy, personal space, and creating a comfortable, respectful home for both of us.

Ideally, you’re someone who is: • Clean and respectful of shared spaces • Responsible with rent and household responsibilities • Considerate, communicative, and easygoing • Comfortable living with cats • A non-smoker • Looking for a 6-month agreement, with the possibility of staying longer if it’s a good fit for both of us

I’m hoping to find someone who wants a comfortable, peaceful home rather than a party house. I enjoy having a friendly relationship with my roommate, while also respecting each other’s space and independence.
