Located in a quiet neighborhood; conveniently a 10 minute walk to downtown Sydney and the waterfront, and 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Also close to green spaces, and recreation/gym facilities.

Tenant has access to shared (with one person) bathroom, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Parking space is available.

Rent includes electrical, water, internet, use of kitchen, including cupboard space and appliances, washer & dryer, and parking space. Further details will be outlined in a short, written agreement to be signed by the tenant the day of moving in. Deposit and first month’s rent is required the day of moving in. Deposit is in the amount of half a month’s rent.

I am a local educator who is busy with work and outside commitments. The house is also inhabited by a cat. “Bob” is hypo-allergenic, very independent, and great company when I am not in!
