It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with ample storage space on the main floor of a quadplex. 1 parking space is included and as I don’t currently have a car, that space is available. Cats are allowed if needed, all bills included aside from internet, hot water tank rental, and tenants insurance (total per person is 1200/month, comes closer to 1275/month with these additions). Apartment will not be furnished apart from my room, so feel free to bring living room furniture if you have some. The apartment is in Vanier, just 1 block over from Montreal Road just 3 minute walk from bus stations and easy access to downtown and the east end. IMPORTANT NOTE: the landlord WILL do reference checks, credit checks, etc if you proceed on this room.
