It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with ample storage space on the main floor of a quadplex. 1 parking space is included and as I don’t currently have a car, that space is available. Cats are allowed if needed, all bills included aside from internet, hot water tank rental, and tenants insurance (total per person is 1200/month, comes closer to 1275/month with these additions). Apartment will not be furnished apart from my room, so feel free to bring living room furniture if you have some. The apartment is in Vanier 1 block over from Montreal Road just 3 minute walk from bus stations and easy access to downtown and the east end.

I often go out on weekends to live music shows locally and come back relatively late, I’m a bit of a night owl so someone who matches that or doesn’t mind it is ideal!
