Cozy, eclectic main-level apartment in a war-era bungalow. Located on a quiet street in a tree lined neighborhood, close to all conveniences (buses, parks, grocery stores, green space).

Living space contains ensuite washer and dryer, modern kitchen appliances, air conditioning and heating available, lots of indoor green, and simple furnishing. Access to backyard and garden, and front porch.

Private room with window, contains double sized bed, an AC unit, desk, chair and lamp, side table, clothing hamper and storage for clothes. Internet, laundry supplies and common toiletries are supplied with the space.

Professional couple. Sociable but conscientious. House is homey and lived in and preference for someone who can be well with others in an shared space, respect privacy and private property and timeliness with rent payment. The space is simple, and the expectations are casual (though general politeness, respect for space and private property, cleanliness and personal hygiene are a must!) MUST BE COMFY with very friendly pets as there are dogs on site.
