Private room equipped with a mini fridge and Keurig. Located just off of hwy 17, 10 min to CNL, 25 min to base Petawawa and 45 min to Pembroke. Full access to house, yard, deck, BBQ, and sun porch. Parking and all utilities included in the rent. Walking distance to downtown and hwy. Must like cats as I have two beautiful Mainecoons!

About the roomies

No other renters in the home. It is a 3 bedroom house with one room dedicated to my office and a partially furnished basement with a gas fireplace. I’m a Registered Nurse working part-time.
