Nice furnished bed room with closet for rent in my home with shared kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and free laundry. One parking spot in driveway (but will need to switch cars) but there’s lots of parking in the Court. Bus stop is about 2 minutes walk away at the end of the Court going to NBCC, UNB, refinery and hospital. Public Library just up the street about 5 minute walk. Great bus routes. Close to shopping centres and uptown. Very safe and quiet location within the East side of the city. It looks like you’re living in the country rural area with nice trees on the Court. Nice back deck. The room is nicely furnished with a queen size comfortable bed, dresser, mirror, night side table, desk, chair, ceiling fan light fixture, lamps and good size closet. Bedding is also available. Use of free washing machine and clothes dryer. High speed Rogers internet, heat, lights, water is included in the price of the room, no hidden fees. The shared space has a heat pump with air conditioning for the warmer months. Weekly cost would be $200.00 or $725.00 monthly.

It is just myself (recently retired) and a 4 year old well behaved clean cat living in my house. You must like cats. It’s a smoke free home. Both tobacco and cannabis. You can smoke cigarettes outside on the back deck but not cannabis on my property. I’m looking for a responsible respectful clean person to live in my house. You need to keep your room clean and the shared spaces neat and tidy and clean up after yourself after cooking meals etc.
