Medium sized room with access to laundry at top floor, furnished living room with access to Smart Tv - basement and garage storage with front and backyard. Petfriendly. On street and driveway parking or 5 minute walk to bus stop. 30 minute walk to Tim hortons, Cabala’s, A&W and Tanger Outlet mall. 10-15 minute walk to Canadian tire centre. New subdivision (built 2021) with wide streets, very friendly and quiet neighbourhood, lots of families and mature residents.

Myself (29 yr Female) Current Roommate (29 yr Nonbinary) Both are quiet, responsible and kind. We keep clean and have vehicles. Lease is in our name. Have been living together for 3+ years and have known each other since grade 9 (10+ years) We are big gamers and introverted, no parties or large events - most people who come over are family and long time friends/partners - extremely communicative and direct

My work is contract driven but do work remotely and in office - roommate works onsite full time

There are currently = 1 dog (5 pound Pomeraian) and 3 reptiles (Bearded Dragon/Blue tongued Skink lizard/Tortoise) residing in the house but are all very tame and keep to themselves
