My name is Nolan, I’m gone half the time because I work away two weeks on two weeks off. when I’m home I’m normally out fishing or working in the yard, I live with my girlfriend and she works four on four off shift work as well. We are very quiet and clean people. looking to get some use out of this space because we’re never needing to go downstairs you will have full privacy. Unfortunately there is not a kitchen downstairs but there is a shower and bathroom and the only reason we would have to come down there would be to access the laundry room at which time we would give Notice and respect your privacy. Guests are more than welcome to come upstairs and cook meals. Downstairs does have a fully functional fridge in the laundry room with a deep freeze alongside it that is at your disposal. There is also a hot tub broom adjacent to the living room but has not been used in years. If guest would like access to the hot tub room it can be turned on for an added cost per month to cover the Hydro.
