Roommate wanted for a 2-bedroom + den basement apartment just north of Trinity Bellwoods Park. I’m ideally looking for someone long-term, but I’m also open to shorter-term arrangements. Rent is $1,050/month plus utilities, internet, and insurance (roughly $1,175/month total). You’d have the second bedroom and den, while I occupy the larger bedroom. The apartment is ~900 sq ft on one floor, with one bathroom, a full kitchen with dishwasher, heated floors, on-site laundry, and lots of living space.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area just north of Trinity Bellwoods Park, a 5-minute walk from the 505 Dundas and 506 Carlton streetcars. Close to UofT, TMU, and OCAD, with lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a Metro and NoFrills.
About the roomies
I’m a 20-year-old nonbinary person working for the City while studying sociology at TMU. I’m looking for a queer-friendly and respectful roommate. I enjoy cooking, biking, getting crafty from time to time, and generally spending time outdoors. I’m out and about fairly often, but I prefer having a quieter, clean, and organized home and will respect my roommate’s preferences as well.
