Furnished bedroom with a washroom that doubles as a guest washroom. I will clean the toilet after any guest of mine uses it. It’s 4 minutes drive to Ontario Tech and Durham college, 13 minutes bus and 23 minutes walk. Close to bustop, banks, stores, service Canada and restaurants.

I am a christian Nigerian lady neat and easy going in my late 30s. My ideal flatmate has to be neat, peaceful and respectful of boundaries, privacy and space. You and I will make it 2 occupants but you are allowed to have guests, provided that they respect our space and behave themselves.
