I have a room in a 3 bedroom 1.5 storey house. Shared bathroom & kitchen. Laundry available on site - also shared. There is 1 parking spot available at an extra cost. Utilities included as well as internet. Covered front porch area available if you want to sit outside. There is a dog in the house so you must be ok with dogs. I prefer no other pets. No smoking inside - permitted outside only. Looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful who keeps to themselves and understands this is a shared living space.

The photos are from before I moved my Halloween decorations out. The room is cleaned out and comes with 1 large closet as well as a separate enclosed shelf/closet. Room can come furnished with a queen bed or I can remove the bed if you’re bringing your own.

The house is shared with the home owner, a working professional (female). Bedrooms are located up stairs with kitchen and laundry available downstairs.
