A comfortable home is available in Brechin Hill/Departure Bay, starting October 1 (if earlier is needed, we can totally negotiate a reduced rent for September).

The private bedroom gets full sun and has air conditioning, as well as a gently used pull-out couch if needed. The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room, including a large oak desk that’s great for studying or working. There is also a basement with a washer and dryer and extra storage for a bike or other items.

The location is very convenient: • Walking distance to the Departure Bay Ferry Terminal • 10-minute walk from Brooks Landing Shopping Centre (Save-On-Foods, Staples, RBC) • Free street parking is available • Bus stop directly across house

Hi! I’m the primary tenant, and the homeowners are my parents (who live elsewhere). I’m a mature and quiet woman and I enjoy reading, cooking, and outdoor running. I’m an introvert, so after a long day of work my social battery is quite drained and I prefer time to myself to recuperate. I’m employed full-time Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30. I have two friendly indoor cats 🐱🐱 so if you are planning to bring houseplants, I just ask that you keep them out of reach of the cats or in your bedroom with the door closed.
