About the room
About the property 🏡
Bright and comfortable 2 bed, 2 bath condo in a great North York location, right around Yonge & Sheppard. One of the biggest advantages is that the bedrooms each have their own full bathroom, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and your own space. The location is super convenient — close to Yonge-Sheppard subway station, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, shopping and everyday essentials, with everything you need pretty much within easy reach. It’s also a great area if you work or study downtown, with direct access to the TTC. The condo is in a quiet and convenient area, and I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable place to call home rather than a party house. The unit also comes with a parking spot and a locker, which is a big plus if you have a car or need some extra storage. Overall, it’s a pretty easy and comfortable setup for two people — 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, good privacy, and a really convenient location. 😊
About the roomies
26F | Looking for a female roommate 😊
I’m a pretty chill and easygoing person, and I’m looking for someone who feels the same. I love watching ⚽️, cooking, checking out new restaurants around the city, and going to the movies. I enjoy having a clean, comfortable and peaceful home, but I’m definitely not someone who expects everything to be perfect all the time. I’m hoping to find a roommate who is respectful, clean(sharing space), and has a good sense of boundaries. I really value mutual respect when sharing a home, being considerate of each other’s space, keeping common areas reasonably clean, and communicating directly if there’s ever an issue. I’m totally okay with having friends over once in a while, but I’d appreciate a heads-up beforehand, especially if someone is coming over late or staying over. I’d just want the same consideration in return. Ideally, I’d prefer a female roommate with previous roommate/condo living experience who understands that good communication and respecting each other’s space make a huge difference. I’m friendly and happy to hang out sometimes, but I also completely respect having our own routines and personal space. 🤍
