A cozy three-bedroom apartment with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Utilities (water, electricity, heating) and Wi-Fi aren’t built into the rent, but that is split evenly between the three tenants. Each bedroom is fully furnished, including a bed, desk & chair, bedside table, and closet. There is lots of natural lighting, very little street noise, and in a great location (5 min walk from Berri-UQAM metro station and bus stops (125, 24, 30, 80…), 10 min walk to grocery store (SuperC), restaurants, and theatres, 20 min walk from McGill, 10 min metro ride from Concordia, etc.)

Rent & Lease:

• ASAP - August 31st
• Monthly rent: $845 + utilities
• Wifi is every month; hydro is every other month

Un charmant appartement de trois chambres avec cuisine, salle de bain et salon partagés. Les charges (eau, électricité, chauffage) et le Wi-Fi ne sont pas inclus dans le loyer, mais sont partagés équitablement entre les trois colocataires. Chaque chambre est entièrement meublée avec un lit, un bureau avec chaise, une table de chevet et une armoire. L’appartement bénéficie d’une belle luminosité naturelle, est très calme et idéalement situé (à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Berri-UQAM et des arrêts de bus (125, 24, 30, 80…), à 10 minutes à pied d’une épicerie (Super C), de restaurants et de théâtres, à 20 minutes à pied de l’Université McGill, à 10 minutes en métro de l’Université Concordia, etc.).

We are Clancy (21) and Céleste (20), two fourth-year Theatre/English students looking for a responsible and friendly roommate. We love music and singing, and we have regular movie nights with our projector :) We are creative and social, but also respectful of private space. If you’re looking for a friendly, chill living environment, that’s us!

Who we’re looking for…

• Around our age (late teens, early 20s)
• A girl/non-binary
• Respectful of shared spaces, and willing to pitch in with chores
• Queer-friendly, communicative, and can appreciate a musical environment
• Non-smoker → no smoking inside the apartment
• Financially stable for rent and bills
• Preferably English- and/or French-speaking

Nous sommes Clancy (21 ans) et Céleste (20 ans), deux étudiantes en quatrième année de théâtre et d’anglais à la recherche d’une colocatrice responsable et gentille. On adore la musique et le chant, et on organise régulièrement des petites soirées cinéma avec notre projecteur :) On est créatives et sociables, mais on respecte aussi l’intimité de chacune. Si tu cherches un cadre de vie convivial et décontracté, c’est chez nous qu’il faut venir !

• Non-fumeuse → interdiction de fumer à l’intérieur de l’appartement
